title pic HUGS BAGS!

Posted by Katrina Kaczmarek on December 2, 2012

They are here! Just in time for Christmas!!!! These Hugs bags were made in Cambodia by women rescued from the sex trade. Most of the proceeds will return to the organization that rescues and trains these women in a trade once they are rescued.

The lining of each bag is made with the Hugs Logo, which stands for “Held Under God’s Spirit” because I believe we are all Held Under HIS Spirit!

Hugs Bag From Cambodia

I have had these bags in my office for awhile. I have been so depressed for so long since my divorce. I have been so worried about how I am going to care for myself and for my children. I have worried about the house, the job, the finances, my health, and everything else under the sun.

However, this morning I woke up thinking about someone else for a moment. I woke up thinking about these women. Women all over the world suffering in the sex trade. Women that don’t have a choice. Women that must use there bodies to make money for others. So please consider with your heart buying a bag. Buy a Hug and give it to someone with love. The Hug will have traveled from a woman who is so happy to be rescued and working for herself, to me a woman who is so happy to have survived cancer and to be moving on with her life no matter how new it has become, and finally to you, someone with your own story of love and hurt in this beautiful world and together we can send Hugs AROUND THE WORLD!!!!
